At Centric Health Finance, we are proud to

addition to traditional health and welfare benefits, we're committed to

Paid Time Off: Eligible employees receive paid time
away from work in the form of a Paid Time Off (PTO) Bank. PTO may be used for
any reason — such as vacation, sick days and personal family illness days not
covered by the state’s Short Term Disability (STD) plan. Full-time and regular
part-time employees are eligible for PTO.
Company Holidays: In addition to the PTO
Bank, employees receive company-designated holidays. Company-designated
holidays may vary by business unit.
Miscellaneous Time Off: Employees are also
eligible for other paid time off for certain absences such as jury duty, their
wedding, their naturalization or funerals.
Centric 401(K) Plan: Offers employees the
immediate opportunity to save a percentage of your pay -- on a pretax basis.
You can invest your employee contributions among the various investment options
offered and taxes are deferred on your account while it remains invested in the
plan.
Group Legal: Plan provides access to a
nationwide network of attorneys who can provide assistance with covered legal
questions or problems.
Pet Insurance: Provides employees with
veterinary insurance for pets with nationwide access.
ConSern Education Program: Provides
eligible Centric employees, or family members, with access to a wide range of
education loan options, including private and federal loans for undergraduate,
graduate, and private (K-12) school.
Employee Discount Program: Provides special
offers and discounted pricing on events, products, and services for employees
and their families.
